To disable autorun of pen drive or any USB device just go to Start Menu > Run and type gpedit.msc



Now you find Computer configuration, then click administrative templates > System in the tree view. You will see at the right side pane called "turn off autoplay".

Double click the "turn off autoplay" and you will see that its set as not configured.
Select the radio button to Enabled and change the "Turn off Autoplay on" then select "All Drives".

Now you can use Pen Drive without auto run.
